I had no intention of buying these until I saw them at the Makeup Show Los Angeles. The matte side is a richly pigmented satin matte with a texture between a lipstick and chubby lip pencil. The colors are lovely. The highlight side does pick up the lipstick on the first application but still works. It adds a stunning highlight affect.
10 is a rich rose pink with a frosty cool highlight
11 is warmer and a nude with a hint of pink with a warmer highlight
40 is a classic red with a gold highlight
