Ford Fall 2014 Lipstick in Negligee and Twist of Fate Review and Swatches

Not your usual nudes…a rich plum and a coral peach…great formula with a soft sheen.

Tom Ford Nude Dip Eyeshadow Quad Review and Swatches Fall 2014

Gorgeous…with a real shimmer that almost gets metallic.  I love the less metallic dark brown the best.  Amazing formula, lovely wear and so blend able.

Tom Ford Stroked Contouring Cheek Color Duo Review and Swatches

Ridiculously pretty.  A medium brown/orange and golden taupe highlighter.  Warm toned.  Smooth, creamy and easy to blend formula but very pigmented.  My favorite part of the collection.

Urban Decay Naked2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette Review and Swatches

Warmer toned than I expected…but cooler than the original.

This palette is great for a quick and easy neutral everyday look (sometimes I do my makeup in under 2 minutes….seriously…this is that idiot proof).  Reminds me a little of Tarte...

Product grade: A (slightly powdery but blends and applies well).

Nars Audacious Lipstick in Brigitte, Juliette, Audrey and Rita Review and Swatches

Super great formula.  Opaque and long wearing.  I did get a little bleeding (very little) with Rita.

Brigitte is a prefect nude pink.  Such a great finish.

Juliette is a pink coral that was more orange on me than expected.  Pretty though.

Audrey was less berry and more berry red.  Darker than I expected.

Rita is a perfect neutral medium dark red.

MAC A Novel Romance Yield to Love Lipstick Review and Swatches

Gorgeous shade…reminds me of Guerlain or Dolce & Gabbana.

MAC wear…but lovely…

MAC Coppering Eye Shadow and Using it to Add Pizzaz to Urban Decay's Naked Paletee

Such a pretty look.  Add pizzaz to Urban Decay's Naked palette with MAC's Coppering…

Product grade:  A+++

Making your eyes pop with makeup!

1.  Use light and dark contrasts.

2.  Keep your lids light.

3.  Add a dot of shimmer or a light color on the center of your eye lid to open the eye (at the last).

4.  Line to lower or top lash line with a bright liner.

5.  Use warm or cool colors, depending on your undertones, in the crease.  Blue, purple, copper, and green work well with most eyes shades.  Pinks with hazels, yellow with some brown or hazel and orange with blue.

6.  Add orange, pink or red (or reddish, even reddish brown).  Mix these with black or brown into lower lash liner or alone into the crease.  This brightening works even better with darker eye looks.

7.  Line with gold or silver…but watch your undertones and the undertones in the shadow.
